Do the same thing in both
C:\Windows\System32
and
C:\Windows\SysWOW64
they are different shell32.dll for each location above so do not get them mixed up the ones in the zip folders I provided are labeled for the right location.
Put UAC http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/299-user-account-control-uac-change-notification-settings.html back to the original settings when done.
