Font problems in Excel 2007

I have Excel 2007 loaded on my Windows 7 Ultimate N PC. The problem I'm having is that the fonts in Excel are really small. This shows up specifically when using the Excel help table of contents and when I'm using the Visual Basic Editor. In VBE the project explorer, object browser, and properties windows all have very small fonts. Also in VBE, the standard menu icons are really small.
I've tried changing the font sizes in Windows 7, but they don't seem to have any effect on the areas I have mentioned. The do change the size in the Excel main menu and ribbon though.
How do I make the fonts bigger in the help screen and in VBE?

I discovered a small slide with percentages at the bottom right hand corner of the page that lets you increase or decrease the size of the font to make it readable. Look for that.
