Football manager 2009 error

I have installed Football Manager 2009 and when I run it the game said that there wasn't a dll. So I have search on internet and i have found how to solve this problem.. but now the game doesn't says that there isn't the dll but just that there is an error and ask me if i want to send the error to Microsoft. How can I do? Thanks and sorry for my bad english.
