...figure out how to post a visitor's message. 
It seems the last 4 or 5 times I attempted to do so I could not find any setting or tab or button or... whatever to do so. Or perhaps there is some setting where members can "turn off" receiving visitor messages and my last few attempts have been "blocked" by such setting, if it exists?
