Forgot my admin password when moving/storage,win home premium

I stored my computer for 3 mos. while retiring/moving out of state. Only password I did not write down was the admin be caused I used it multiple times a day. never made a recovery disc for same reason. Getting old has its problems. Is there any way I can recover/reset it?
