Forgotin admin password

hello,
i have a tower that has windows 7 Pro and i made 2 accounts: in admin the other standard w/ controls.... i recently pulled it out of storage, but i forgot my password for my admin and was wondering if the is any thing that can be done so the i can gain access to my computer again?

you have 2 account, admin and user account. you can login to user account and can't logon to admin account,rite?
