Formated Drive and erased Master Boot Record

I'll get right to it cause this is serious for me and I screwed up royaly. My original OS Windows 7 was on a normal hard drive and I installed a second copy of Windows 7 on a new SSD drive that I got and used it as my primary and left everything on the old one just didn't delete it. When the time came for me to finally say bye bye to all the previous items on the former drive since I was now using the SSD for OS and applications I formated using the Win7 startup disc. I cannot boot from the SSD nor does it even show in Device Manager (I'm gonna check the connections for that) This information is still recoverable I know but what's the best way to go about it. Will I be able to use the SSD to boot widows again if I repair this one thing? Can I at least get my files back somehow? Any help is appreciated...Thanks

Unplug all other HD's. Boot the Win7 DVD Repair console or Repair CD, press Shift F10 to open Command Box, type:

DISKPART
LIST DISK
SELECT DISK 0 (confirm this is Win7 HD #)
LIST PARTITION
SELECT PARTITION 1 (confirm this is Win7 partition #)
ACTIVE
EXIT

Now boot back into Repair console, click through to Recovery Tools list to run Startup Repair up to 3 separate times with reboots to write the MBR to Win7.
