i formatted pc and installed clean copy of windows 7 i was accessing my Music Folder on my external hard drive just fine before format now it says you dont have permission to access this folder click security tab to change it bla bla. I searched internet and this forum , a lot of people with that problem can any one able to help me on this matter?
