Forward appointments without updating appointments

Sometimes I forward an appointment from my work mail address (outlook + exchange) to my private mail, to easily get it there in the calendar (e.g. Outlook.com).

If I do so, the appointment gets somehow updated and my private mail address attached to the appointment.

Is they a way to avoid this? I only want to sent it.

I export Outlook calendar items to an iCal file. It can easily be imported into most calendars.

This would increase the effort dramatically (3 times).
