Forward post with WLM

Hello!
I'm new here and I have a question about Windows 7 and Windows Live Mail.
I can not figure out how to forward a post from a newsgroup. I do have an email account as well as the newsgroups. But it won't let me forward from an ng.

Right-click on the post, select "Forward" or "Forward as Attachment".

Neither one of those work for me. I get a little box that pops up. In it is:
"File, Edit, View, Insert. Format, Tools,
& Options" but
none will let me forward the message.

When you right-click the message title within the list of messages you get to choose from 18 choices the first of which is "open". Further down choose "Forward as Attachment".

Thank you. I finally figured out that the little box that popped up was a menu. Once I move it up to the menu ribbon, I was able to see and forward the post!
