forwarding of a web page

Hi it's me again Conrad.
I used to, with OE and win XP, be able to be on a web page and click on the file at the top of the page and then click on send to, then click on send page or link by email.
Now the choice is dim and will not accept the click.
I sure am having a lot of fun? with my new HP compaq win 7 - 64, I think.!
Given time I'll get to understand and like it I am told.
Till then, I sure appreciate the help you guys give.
I am using win live mail. I hope that is enough info.

That may be the problem. I was hoping to use my old email address of fea.net instead of hotmail.com. Now what ? Go to google maybe.?
