Literally... you spray this stuff onto your circuit boards and use the brush to scrub dirt and dust off. Follow the instructions on the can to the letter!
I used this stuff on a Pioneer stereo receiver that had been used in a guy's garage and was coated with years of sawdust, and then left out on the curb in a rain shower. After using this stuff as directed, that receiver worked just fine and lasted me another six years.
