According to the user manual that feature only works on 32 bit Windows at this time.

Man that's disappointing. I waited so long for that.

I hope someone will find a fix other than using another reader.

For those who are using 64 bit I found a workaround to get thumbnails view it only has one drawback that I will explain later.
Open up Foxit from the start menu then click on File then on Open and navigate to the folder where you have your PDFs then wait for all the thumbnails to show up and then you can click cancel. You should now have thumbnail view in your folder, but here is the drawback if you add a new PDF it will not show as a thumbnail until you repeat the steps above. 1 more note if you want the thumbnails view on the desktop you will need to go through C/User/your username/Desktop then you will need to refresh your desktop.

I just installed the new Foxit unchecked all the toolbar crap and installed it.

No Ask toolbar anywhere. Either they hid it with a different installation name and/or location. It is not listed in Programs and Features.

Searching C drive for Ask or Ask.com comes up with no folders. Just single page references to the word ask where used in a document.

Not listed in IE Manage Add-ons with the Google/Bing toolbars/search engines.

Thanks I like it. Now we just need to find something to show all PDF in every folder in the Open window. I suppose there could be a search or something we could have in that window, no ?

I did it ! Was pretty simple. I went to Computer, searched for *.pdf, then recorded the search in a file. In foxit, I opened this file, voilà !

Well I updated Foxit from within the program itself and wasn't offered the Ask toolbar nor did it get installed in the update so think I'll stick with it for now.

I just updated Foxit V5 from within the program's V4 and the wizard asked what options I wanted along the way. So I unchecked most, installed it and all seems fine!
