FPS drop 2-3 enemy

Hello. I have a problem I play counter-strike with no lags but theres a spots where is only 1 enemy but ima laging and fps is about 20 or when i defend B plant and enemy rush than my fps drops to 19-21.. SORRY FOR BAD ENGLISH.

i dont know my cpu, soundcard, motherboard. But my pc is 3gb ram AMD Athlon(tm) Processor LE-1660, 2799 MHz,1 kernel, 1 logic processors.

What resolution are you running the game in? Typically if you lower the resolution and quality settings, you can get higher FPS.
