So my pc sucks a bit and its already kinda old, my old PSU broke so i had it replaced by one which is a bit weaker (420w my old one was about 480w i think), but i had no problems playing games (my main game is League of legends), just a bit of fps lags sometimes, but later i found a way to play with 0 fps lags, by closing all the processes i dint need and only leave the things i needed on, but a few months later i started noticing small fps drops (from 30-45 to 10-15) and now i get a insane drop (35-50 to 2-4) and i dont know whats causing this, i already got told i could be the voltage or the temperature... i dont know where the problem is, i hope you guys can help me... My info is on my profile but ill leave you with the things i think its important:
PSU:Thermaltake Purepower
Model: HPC-420-102 DF
RAM: 2gb
Processor: Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.00ghz
Temperature of the CPU- 66ºc (when playing is 72)
Voltages(BIOS checked):
Vcore:1.168V
DDR18V 1.808V
+3.3V- 3.424V
+12V- 12.175V

Hope you guys can help me, ill leave the DxDiag on attachments

temperatures and PSU doesn't count in a Pentium 4 system.

What graphics card have you got?

Your pc is really a low-end one... Don't expect to play new games at high framerates. Try disabling Windows Aero effects.

What games are you playing with this pc?

League of legends is constantly improving its graphics so even on lower settings, you'll begin to experience more and more lag. It seems that you may not have enough vRam during memory intensive periods (like during teamfights). One thing i used to do on my old PC was disable all the unnecessary things hogging up the memory.

Try the following:

1) Go the the start menu and type "system config"
2) Under the startup tab, click "Disable All"

The next time you start up your PC, all the background programs that usually start up automatically will not open until you decide to open them manually.

1) Computer --> System Properties --> Advanced System Settings
2) Under "Performance" heading, click settings
3) Choose the option "Adjust for best performance"

This will disable your windows aero as well as any other aesthetic looks to windows. This will make your windows somewhat like Windows 2000, but it will increase performance and free up a lot of ram. Also you may be able to revert back at any time after your finished gaming so it wont be that irritating :P

I already tried disabling Aero, but that dint really helped in terms of gaming i just got the pc faster while not playing, i just got the drops less frequently and drops a bit less, but still, it drops hard

In my opinion it's the CPU. Check the CPU load when you're playing.
Also check if Intel Hypertreadhing technology is enabled in your BIOS (if your Pentium 4 supports it).

I will but the CPU always worked fine :S
Well first my CPU Usage was going crazy, basicly jumping from 13% to 100% then 98% etc, but when the game fully loaded and opned it staied between 9%-60%

You could try to reinstall Windows....

Keep in mind that gaming on a Pentium 4 with a Radeon X1550 isn't really good.

I suggest you to upgrade your CPU to a Core 2 Duo one: the slowest Core 2 Duo CPU (the E6300, which I own in my 2nd pc) is more than double faster than the fastest Pentium 4 CPU. You can find one used of them on ebay for about 30 bucks.
The Core 2 Duo E6300 can handle modern games and overclocks really well.
And yes, your motherboard supports Core 2 Duos

Graphics patch?

Simply uninstall Ati Drivers and install a previous one version.
Or use system restore points to undo your driver update.
