free cd burning program for xp?

thats the one I found and installed. but its not opening. says I need the .net framework 4... which Im installing now. why I need something called .net to burn a cd makes no sense to me... I've heard of .net have no idea what it does.

hopefully I can burn a cd when .net is installed. I"ll find out. lol

Personally, I like Imgburn. It works well on any Windows OS, not just for XP.
