Free File Shredder

I'm looking for a file shredder that, ideally, integrates with the Recycle Bin. I vaguely remember, many years ago, that I had this facility but feel that it was probably part of a larger package.

When the Recycle bin is right clicked I'd like an option that says 'Wipe' 'Shred' or 'Nuke'. I'm sure you get the idea. However that option integrated into Explorer would also do.

Anyone got any suggestions?

If you want to permanently delete file from hard disk you can use Kernel File Shredder which securely deleted data beyond recovery.
