A server program from 2005 that is far easier to set up than apache, works well, though is not being updated anymore.

Hasn't been updated in 2 years. Not good for web server software. There are plenty of WAMPs out there that are updated.

It also allows you to create self-extracting packages. It is a great free alternivive to WinZip. It woulod be great if you could add it to the list-

I generally prefer izarc for opening archives, but not for making them for critical things. Had it fail to make them correctly a few times.

PromptHere is a variation on the old Command Prompt Here utility.

edit:
PromptHere v. 2.4 Smoothed application of the blur effect so that the prompt doesn't show black, then change color. The blur behind is active when it appears. Also on systems without glass, the last prompt opened should get the focus.

Ultra-Search

Ultra-Search is similar to Everything Search in that it works on NTFS file systems without indexing. It has a simpler design than Everything Search and does not need to run in the background to work. I found also that it will work with my Selector launcher to pick up search terms from highlighted text. That way I have it available via hotkey.

But anyway, I'm trying it now and it seems like a nice utility. Here's the download link:
