Which email service do you use ? outlook.com/ Yahoo/.........
Skydrive is probably the most generous with 7 gig's free space
But Dropbox is also pretty popular and the list goes on,

Hi not really once you make an account it's yours to keep,
Some sites do have sign in requirements can't go without signing in for 2-3 months or you might loose any uploaded files,
I'd say Yahoo has menu options to upload to dropbox not sure about the other email services though,
But as long as you stay below the free level of storage is free to use,
Most cell phones also have apps available to upload to either of these file sharing sites,
