hello, i have been having a problem since i have upgraded to windows 7. the problem only happends during gameplay also it doesnt happen when your in the lobby or something like that either. during gameplay the screen with freeze and a buzzing noise will occur. it happends for 1-5 seconds. it seems like its someone running on a bad internet connection and they disconnect every couple minutes. it happends on every video game not just one. ive tested this on left 4 dead 2 and alliance of valiant arms.

note- started after upgrade not on vista i have made tweaks to the system after it started happening to try to fix it such as turning off the 200 useless processes and some registry tweaks to make the system run faster

thank you in advance for trying to help me i believe my system specs are on my profile to.

Please don't bump a topic for at least 24 hours. You need to give people time to read your post.

You did an upgrade - consider doing a clean install. Also, I doubt your "tweaks" have done anything to improve Windows 7 performance. Since this happens when doing graphics intensive tasks, this is most likely a problem with the motherboard and video drivers. How did you install the drivers for both - did you allow Windows to find them, or did you go to the Toshiba website and download the drivers? Does Toshiba provide a Windows 7 upgrade guide, and if so, did you follow it?

toshiba provides a guide basically what happens is you boot up windows 7 advisor to check the computer that runs then toshiba advisor this uninstalls all programs that do not work with windows 7 and installs the windows 7 files and drivers then the computer upgrades. ill give them a call and see if i can make a clean install off the cd they gave me its a upgrade cd so :/

also the tweaks i made have sped up the system a bit just not in the gaming aspect
