Well as axe has aid my fiend and as I pointed out in an early post the 124 is a hardware issue.
For starters the battery looks pretty sick and unless I am badly mistaken the RAM sticks are are of different brands because the clock speeds are not exactly the same - as my laptops (both Asus) have identical clock speeds and I am wondering if it may be one of the sticks is failing. Moreover the two shots of your memory timing are really quite different now this may be the HEW software but from my experience of using it I have never found it to be so off as your readouts.
My pic is of this Asus I am on right now and even though I have two different brands of RAM in the timings are very close as I chose as best I could when getting the machine and upping the RAM.
