Windows 7 Home Preiuem freezes all the time after i wake it up from sleep? why? Help :l

To summarize some suggestions, try updating your BIOS and chipset drivers, and if that does not work, Google for Microsoft Insomnia.

Are you using the auto hide for your taskbar? If so, disable that and see if that helps. I had this issue as well and thats what I had to do to fix it.
