Freezing On Install

When i try to install new programs on my OCZ-Agility3 ata device the installer freezes. I have Windows 7 x64 Home Premium Builder OEM Edition. I installed a new install of windows without any other hard drive installed.

I bought windows 7 from NewEgg.com . It installs fine on some programs others it takes like 20 minutes to install then like last night i tried to install Microsoft Office and it froze on the installer. I waited like 1 hour and it still didn't finish

Work through these Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 starting with the RAM and HD tests to clear your hardware.

Then establish a clean boot to assure no other program is interfering while freeloading on startup and resources.

Cull the logs for repeat errors to resolve, utilize System Resources to find solutions.

If your Win7 install varied much from the Best Practices given in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 then I'd do it over after testing the hardware, wiping the HD with Diskpart Clean Command
 
I'm trying to install Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool and the install wizard freezes
