I recently uninstalled a version of my BitDefender and now my laptop is messed up. I am not sure whether the problem really rooted on that software or any other programs. I attached a rar file of Dumpfiles and a certain problem detail regarding this Bluescreen stuff. Hoping to look forward to solutions regarding this matter...

Thanks,

Usual causes: Device driver, Breakpoint set with no debugger attached, Hardware (Memory in particular)

Windows Kernel has become corrupted for some reason, this could be due to corrupted drivers modifying protected Kernel code or Kernel code being held within failing hardware, such as RAM.

Install Service Pack 1:

Code:
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium [COLOR="Blue"]6.1.7600 Build 7600[/COLOR]
Service Pack 1 has provided many security and stability updates for Windows 7, which would be highly beneficial for your system.

Remove:

Code:
Start Menu\Programs\DAEMON Tools Lite

Daemon Tools uses a driver called sptd.sys, which is known to cause BSODs with Windows 7. It is recommend you remove this program, and use Windows own in-built features or another program.

Download SPTD standalone installer from Disk-Tools.com, and execute the downloaded file as guided below :

  • Double click to open it.
  • Click this button only:
  • 2012-12-13_224441.jpg
  • If it is grayed out, as in the picture, there is no more SPTD in your system, and you just close the window.

Remove:

Code:
Start Menu\Programs\TuneUp Utilities 2013
Start Menu\Programs\TuneUp Utilities 2013\All functions

Windows 7 doesn't require any programs which make changes to the operating system and registry, these programs tend to cause problems by modifying and deleting files.

As of now, I am stucked on uninstalling the TuneUp Utilities 2013. I opened Control Panel and tried to uninstall the said program but no pop-up window follows therefore unabling me to continue the steps provided above. I am still working on the Service Pack 1 of my current version of Windows.

I tried uninstalling it using CCleaner yet nothing follows. I used to have had a problem of uninstalling this program before my computer suffers BlueScreen.
