Frequent BSOD Error of "IRQL_NOT_LESS_EQUAL"

Hello,

I have recently been getting a lot of BSOD with the bug check string mentioned above (about 3 this month). I have reviewed some materials online to suggest that this is probably a bad driver or I need to replace the RAM. I have attached the DM log as requested. I also have a minidump w/Verify enabled on all items not belonging to Microsoft but I havent figured out how to attach it to this thread. Please help.

Intel(R) Core(TM) I5-2500k CPU @ 3.30GHz
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
GIGABYTE Ultra Durable Z68MA-D2H-B3 Motherboard

The crashes with driver verifier enabled are caused by the Gigabyte software.
Gigabyte software is known for causing several BSODs, the recommended action is to remove them at least for the time of troubleshooting.

The other crashes are caused by a very old driver from your Netgear network adapter, it is recommended to keep USB network adapters up to date with drivers and software.
