I just reinstalled Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit in the hopes of clearing up the random crashes I'm getting. No such luck.

My pc still crashes at random intervals, while idle, playing a game or video.

This started happening a few days ago, i've installed no new software since then or changed my hardware whatsoever.

I've included the dump files.

Hopefully someone can help me found out what's possibly wrong with my pc.

Probably caused by : nvlddmkm.sys ( nvlddmkm+ade630 ) NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti: NVIDIA Driver Downloads - Advanced Search

That looks like the latest driver, Try clean installing an older Version of the Graphics Driver.

Keep us posted

Did a clean installation of 306.23, which were confirmed to be working just fine before I installed 306.97.

My pc crashed again, not long after I tried Borderlands 2 as a test.

Hopefully, any further solutions or possible problem area's?

Any reason for not updating to Service Pack 1?

I always used Windows update before, but I never received a notification this time. Nor do I have the cap, could that possibly be the problem?

I don't have enough monthly bandwidth for such an update at this point.

My pc still crashes regardless of what I'm doing. Switch on the pc, everything loads up fine, I'm free to do as I wish for a few minutes and it still crashes, even when idle, after a few minutes.

Did the crash generate any dump files? Post them here if it did.

Thanks
