Solved Frequent BSOD when closing laptop and improperly powering down

I've had this problem for quite a while and my warranty expired 2 days ago. Basically, almost every time I close my laptop it doesn't power down properly and can still be heard running. One time, I opened it back up and noticed a Bluescreen. I tried calling HP but they were unwavering about the Warranty. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

These were all Related to NETw5s64.sys Wireless WiFi Link Driver from Intel Corporation. It is basically taking to long (10 mins) to respond. I would re-install the newest driver available.

Symantec is a frequent cause of BSOD's. I would remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST
