frequent bsod when copying certain text

Ive included the output files in this post

my os is windows 7 home premium oem. the problem has occured even after a restore
it is a asus x52j notebook, it is less than 6 months old and the hard drive has one bad sector




The type of text i get the bsod from is like:

EDIT:
Knew i had something to add, did a memory test with memtest, 14 passes and no error so i think memory is all good
