frequent bsod

Remove TuneUp Utilities, this software is a known cause of system corruption.
Run SFC to fix any corrupt system files http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html
Windows 7 does not need any Tuneup utilities

Run driver verifier then upload the dumps which are created if BSODs continue to occur

frequent BSOD's

after removing tune up utility the problem wasn't solved . i also enable and disable driver verifier but BSOD occurs.
