Frequent BSOD's, primarily at start-up.

Frequent BSOD's occur, mostly at system start-up and sometimes shortly after logging in. Once the log-in has completed. The bluescreen always says registry errors and right after the word "STOP" is this:
0X00000051 (0X00000001, 0X86E1A470, 0X00A7B000, 0X00000374). I REALLY DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. HOW CAN I FIX THIS?
