Hi!
Recently my laptop starts crashing a lot. I don't know what's the problems are.


Windows 7 is. . .
- x64
- the original installed OS on the system? yes
- an OEM or full retail version? OEM
- OEM = came pre-installed on system
- Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer

- What is the age of system (hardware)? almost a year.
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) no

It seems you have two main issues going on.

1) A bug in Windows is showing its head, which is addressed in SP1. See here for instructions on installing it: Learn how to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)

If you install SP1, you won't have to uninstall ZoneAlarm, which is the program the bug shows itself on the most often.

2) Your Atheros wireless drivers. Install updated ones from here: http://global-download.gateway.com/...S&Step3=NV53&OS=ALL&LC=en&BC=GATEWAY&SC=PA_6G
