Hello Painkiller5, welcome to SF!

You have a problem with this driver: nvmf6264.sys
It is a nVidia nForce network driver. You can update it here:Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers

I'm not sure about your creative sound drivers either: CTHWIUT.sys might have a problem. It was not correctly loaded in your last dump. Creative Worldwide Support

As you have as many crashcodes as you have dumps... that normally means you have a hardware issue of which 60-80% would be RAM:
Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program.

Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot.

Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.
