Frequent Crashed

My system Windows 7 (64 Bit) often crashes (Clue Screen) without any reasonand suggests that I start in safe mode. When I start in safe mode, I get the following

C:\windows\minidump\020711-30513-01.dmp
C:\user\bertina\appdata\local\Temp\wer-47283-0.sysdata.xml (?.after 0)

if the online policy statement is no available please read our policy offline

After that I restart the system Normally but I can not find what happens.

Any suggestions to get rid of the problem
