Frequent crashes

I've been experiencing a lot of crashes since I upgraded from Vista to Windows 7. I would like to upload the crash log files to get some help, but I do not know how to change them from a .xml and a .dmp into an up-loadable file type. Help!

Thanks, but I was already there. The problem is the "zip it up" part. Do I need to download some program to create zip files, or can windows do it?

Windows can create a zip file by right clicking the file >send to> compressed zip folder. Or I know torrentg likes RAR files and you'll need to download winrar or another rar file creator for that. Fabe

Heh heh yes, rar files I like better because they seem to get more compression on average, depending on source file.

Either will be fine because my default Winrar opener works well for both. As the saying goes, "same difference."

Thank you, I am a little ashamed at not being able to figure that one out. Here are the files, any suggestions on how to get rid of the crashes will be most appreciated!

You're getting 0x116 errors in relation to video.

Check the bios for a Plug and Play setting. Set it to yes if there's one.

Make sure you're using latest video driver from NVIDIA's website and motherboard drivers.

If you're overclocking anything, stop.

Adjust the system RAM Vdimm (voltage), timings and frequency to what is recommended by the maker, in the bios. Visit their page for the specific RAM modules.
Use the spd tab of CPU-Z to find out which you have.

Test how it goes. If still crashes, use a large room fan blowing on the inside of the case to test if it happens like this.

Install the driver for your monitor.
