frequent disconnection

i'm having this problem since years ago. I have made reports and technicians came but to no avail. I have changed the modem twice and even formatted my laptop, still its not working. The problem still lurking. Plus, not only me, but all laptop users in my house having the same problem.

so, any solutions to this problem?.. thanks in advance

If the problem is wide spread, then your provider is the best source for a solution. The US is still a free country and you have the option to change providers. Even if you have a contract with the current company, if they can't provide a solution, you have the option to cancel the agreement because they have breached it. If, however, you are omitting some details, for example, the provider has identified a cause unrelated to them, then you need to correct the problem.

Is this strictly with the wireless connection or all connections....wireless and wired?
