Frequent freezes, hangs, BSoDs, Screen unable to detect CPU

First of all, I'm a complete computer newbie, so I hope you guys understand.
So heres some of the problems my computer has had:

- Frequent hangs and freezes
- Frequent BSoDs
- Had a few encounters where the computer wouldnt start up and have a long continuous beep
- I don't know how to exactly describe this, but it's like halfway through using the computer, the screen turns black like when I just on the monitor without booting the com.

Windows 7 x64 OEM
Acer Predator G5900
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit (6.1, Build 7601)
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 870 @ 2.93GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.9GHz
6144MB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GT 330
Realtek High Definition Audio
Acer S231HL(Analog)
1920 x 1080

Newest was Related to Adobe Optimize and enable Adobe® Flash® Player 10 and Adobe AIR for ARM Powered® devices, ranging from mobile phones to set-top boxes, mobile Internet devices, televisions, automotive platforms, personal media players and other mobile computing devices. Note: Located in \%Program Files%\Common Files\Adobe\ARM\1.0\

I would run malwarebytes just to be sure, and run a system file check to verify the os.

Run a system file check to verify and repair your system files.
To do this type cmd in search, then right click to run as administrator, then
SFC /SCANNOW

It may need to be run up to three times before sucessful

Did the above. Malwarebytes came out fine. I ran System Scan five times and it says
"Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations." So I presume it's fine too. Any ideas? Thanks!
