I have no clue why my computer keeps crashing. I've had this problem for 3 months since a storm killed power to my street. Slowly, I've been fixing these crashes. They used to happen within an hour or two and now I've gotten it to the point of only happening every few days, which is still AWFUL! There is no pattern to the crashes. No particular program is setting it off that I can tell.

Please help if you can.

Upgrade/Remove your old 2005 AOL Software, it seems to be the cause

Did you happen to see anything else that may be causing a problem?

I only installed the aol software about 2 or 3 weeks ago for research for an article I was writing. The BSOD problem has been ongoing for a few months. I will uninstall the software now, as I don't need it anymore, but any more advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for all the help.
