Frequent Random BSOD

I have a new computer and since I bought it, it gives me random BSOD with many different errors, many times a day, some errors are:

MEMORY MANAGEMENT
BAD POOL HEADER
DRIVER IRQL NO LESS OR EQUAL
NTFS.SYS

My specs are:

Windows 7 Ultimate x86 32 bits
First installed OS on the system
Full Retail
15 days of system age (Hardware)
In these 15 days I reformated and reinstalled 3 times
4 Gb Kingston Ram
Using i3 Video built-in
400W Real Power Supply
1 TB Samsung S1035 HD SATA
MotherBoard INTEL DH61CR

I used Memtest32 for 7 hours, and no errors
Updated all drivers to latest versions
Exchagend Power Supply and Memory
Reformated 3 times

I looked at 9 of these dumps, their all caused by different things and I'm at a loss to explain it...

Do you use Avast antivirus, have you run any memory diagnostics and when was the last time you re-installed Windows?

Formatted and reinstalled 3 times in 15 days? That's most likely a hardware problem (although it's possible that some 3rd party programs could also be causing this due to compatibility issues (could also be malware, lower-level drivers. or (least likely) a bad Windows disk).

As an aside, it's interesting to note that BlueScreenView is much more accurate in 32 bit versions of Windows than it is in 64 bit versions.

MIINFO32 shows many, many application crashes in LogonUI.exe - one of the core Windows files. 081211-21153-01.dmp reveals that the symbol server can't find symbols for Win32k.sys - another core Windows file. I have 2 questions related to this:
- have you had any malware on this system/hard drive in the past?
- is this a legitimate, legal copy of Windows?

22 memory dumps from 12 to 16 Aug 2011 (15 days)
10 different BSOD error codes cited
6 or more different causes blamed
This fits the pattern of a hardware problem. In brief, random unexplained problems are most often caused by hardware failures (followed by compatibility issues, malware, and low-level drivers)

Your ViMicro USB PC Camera 305 Driver dates from 2006 - most likely it's not compatible with Win7. Please uninstall the software and remove the camera from the computer to test and see if this is the problem.

If that doesn't fix the problem, then I'd suggest running these free hardware diagnostics. I note that you've already run MemTest - so if you used the same version it's OK to skip that test.

I suggest starting all troubleshooting with the following diagnostic tests. They'll save you a lot of time and heartache if there is a hardware failure, and you'll have the disks on hand in case you need them in the future:

Usasma,

thanks for helping, I uninstalled vimicro and removed applications, so far no BSOD, but its still early to be sure.

This system is very new 16 days, so it never had malware or virus, and my HD hasnt any of it.

This is a pirated copy, but I used it many times in other computers, for months, with no problem, so this copy is perfect.

Memory diagnostics - no errors
HD diagnostics - no errors
Malware check - no malware

Is it possible that this HD have some compatibility issues with AHCI? shoud I try using IDE option to SATA?

I hope is everything good with your family and house.

I tried a new approach to solve these random BSOD, I installed an old HD (80G SATA) with Windows 64 bits and IDE option at BIOS, I was using AHCI before.

No BSOD yet, but only 2 days testing.

I really dont know why this old HD is so noisy and slow, SATA technology improved so much from this 80GB to my new 1TB?
