Solved Fresh install Windows 7 Home premium 64 bit, password lockout, no BIOS

Fresh install Windows 7 Home premium 64 bit, password lockout, no BIOS found~ anybody got a spare BIOS laying around? i spent 10.00 on password recovery software, but cant use , support is taking time to chat with me, but im impatient, been over 28 hrs i been awake fixing this

Why would you password your BIOS and then not know the password? You must have known if you'd go to that extent that it is not recoverable because it is used mainly by companies to foil thieves.

You'll need to contact the PC maker to have them help you because we have no idea what your true relation is to the PC and they have ways of confirming this.

I'm assuming you know for sure by now this is a BIOS password and not a Windows password that keeps coming up when you try to Clean Install Windows 7 because you're not booting the installation media correctly? How to Boot your Computer from a Bootable CD or DVD

im sorry, gave a better description on Vista forums, i was hacked yesterday by a program call qoobox, stole everything, as for the password, i did a series of fresh installs, only to repeat them and while installing other needed software that is password protected, i got confused when i was in Bios and tried setting a password, but it wont accept it now after ive went back and reset the password to blank, and now i just found out aboout the no BIOS as a result of buying this 10dollar software....plus i got a list now of 11 passwords i wrote down but none work,everytime i go to login, it would prevent me by loading an updated driver, but i understand your concern, i just wish i would have known about this b4 i started hitting buttons :shock:

What do you mean you have no BIOS? Of course you have a BIOS. Reset it to defaults in BIOS setup. Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS

If you can't enter BIOS setup due to password then you'll need to put in the last password you entered.

well the company listed on Vista forums for the password recovery software, refunded my cash back as i couldnt use it, guess ill have to wait for my big brother to wake up lol, boy hes not guuna be happy, hes the one who built this

Why is support not helping you, it should take 5 minutes ?

Is this your personal home pc ?

Why are you using password/s on it, there is no reason to, and it only causes problems.

Where do you have a password ? Just the bios, the bios and windows or just windows ?

i reset CMOS button on board and tried it was accepting the password, said waiting and then after 20 seconds it said wrong pass again lol

If you big brother built the computer then ask him for the password.
Somebody put the password there and did it for a reason.

i did, but as i said before i installed 14 other password protected programs and ive tried each one written down in my book.....but i cant either remember it or the systems not recognizing it, went bak to BIOS and reset passwords both user and admin bak to default and nada

That means you`re in the bios. Set the password to be blank.

now is there a stable build for Winamp for Windows 7 that dont have a virus on? im using AntiVir Antivirus Pro Suite and everyone ive DL'd has had an issue where i cant load up the program
