Fresh Window 7 Ultimate Installation but no available connections

Good day everyone!

My friend installed a Fresh Copy Of Windows 7 and everything was very successful but something bad happened. When he attempted to connect to his internet/wifi, this came up "No Internet Connection Is Available". After that he open up the device manager, and found

NETWORK ADAPTERS
|- Bluetooth Device (Personal Area Network)
|- Bluetooth Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI)

OTHER DEVICES
|- Ethernet Controller
|- Network Controller
|- SM Bus Controller
|- Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller
|- USB 2.0 CRW

Note: All of the devices under "OTHER DEVICES" have a yellow exclamation mark

Here are some important information about my friend's computer
- Model Number: Notebook NP355E4X
- Previous Windows Installed: Window 8 consumer preview
- Hard Drive: 320GB S-ATAII Hard Drive (5,400RPM)
- Graphics: AMD Radeon™ HD 7310 Graphics
- ISP: Belkin

Can anyone please help! I am really helpless....

He will need to download all the drivers from the laptop manufacturers website on another pc, then put them on a usb or CD and install them onto the laptop.

I've went to samsung website but sadly, there is no driver downloads except a SW update which claim to install drivers automatically

Hi firwer, Welcome to the forums, Did you actually try the SWupdater ? This would have found the drivers (most likely to be the chipset driver) for him ,Also did you try right clicking on the problem devices and selecting "update driver" Windows will then search for a driver for you

WOW! I am very amaze to see people helping me out in such a short time thats really very impressive

But back to the topic, the swupdater is great but i am not sure does it require internet.....and also,thanks for the driver list provided but i am not sure which driver to choose from..

By the way my friend don't have internet access

Good find Paul, When you start the download it does tell you the file name Bluetooth_7.4.0.126.ZIP for Samsung NP355E4X

Hi firwer , Download the chipset driver and the bluetooth driver and you should be ok

Ok great, so chipset driver here - Chipset_1.0.0.72.ZIP for Samsung NP355E4X

Lan driver here - LAN_7.61.612.2012.ZIP for Samsung NP355E4X

Wifi here - WLAN_Atheros_64bit_9.2.0.470.ZIP for Samsung NP355E4X

That should get the thing online.

Edit: Once online it's just a case of going through the rest for the other stuff you need like Sound and Touchpad etc.
