Have you got your drive on the correct Sata socket on the motherboard?

Some sata ports on board are made ONLY for attaching dvd/blu ray drives!

I dont have Sata3, only sata2 i have read its no difference if i connect sata3 to sata2, but if it is source of problem, what should i do now ?

Set the jumper to SATA2,
or
buy a Sata2 HDD.

You said you changed RAM stick but it wasn't spec'd. Are you aware that you are only to use RAM which is the exact match for your mobo? Check this now with your mobo specifications or Manual available on the mobo model's Support Downloads webpage.

OK look at this PDF. Most of the settings do not apply. One of them may be the issue to down select the data transfer speed to 1.5 Gbs instead of 6gbs. Usually this is automatic now but has not always been the case.
One other thing you should try is to remove the stick of RAM you added to the machine and see if windows boots correctly. Another issue which has been talked about by previous posters is a bad new hard drive.Download a trial of HD sentinal to prove the hard drive is good, post a screenshot with the diagnosis. Just because it is new does not mean it is any good, could have been damaged in shipping etc.

Another thought that has sprung to mind is that you had issues to make you change the hard drive? What are the CPU temps in the bios? Download this
CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting
Post a screen shot of the results so we can check volts temps etc.

As theog states a jumper between the pins 5 and 6 on the drive as shown in the info. You'll need a small jumper. The rest of the settings you can ignore as they don't apply to desktop machines.
