I made a mistake when I reinstalled windows 7 and used the wrong disk. Windows 7 originaly had 64 bit version and now I am stuck with the 32 bit version. When I tried to use the 64 bit version, I get an error that says it does not match the windows version. I have two sets of the 64 bit version; one is from the manufacture and the other is from microsoft and both give me the same error.
Is there a fix to get me back on 64 bit version?
I also have a system image backup consisting of four disks which I made in 2013. When I started with the first disk, a message appeared stating to place the last disk in drive D. The backup started to run smoothly until a message appeared that i need a driver to proceed. At this point I am lost. How do I find the driver I need and how do I recognize it?
