Solved from Vista to new Install of windows 7

If I have a spyware in my Vista and I install Windows 7 will the problem go away? or will it transfer to the new OS? I have the new Windows 7 program but I just wanted to ask this question before I make the upgrade.

Back up your files to quarantine, then don't access them again until they are scanned with Malwarebytes : Free anti-malware download and your AV.

Boot the Win7 DVD, choose Custom Install, during Steps 6 and 7 of http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1649-clean-install-windows-7-a.html delete all partitions and create new one(s) as you wish, format, install to first partition.

hey guys, formatting is the last choice, first try antivirus rescue disk to clean your partitions, then install a new OS..
