Solved Fuel.Service.exe failure to start/ process stopped

Howdy,
Not knowing when to leave well enough alone, I did a driver search and update with IIRC slimdriver. Well it said I needed new ATI stuff and Powerchute APS software. Well after realizing my mistake, things started acting weird. I used Revo Pro to uninstall everything. Had to contact Scneider UPS to get an older version that did not use Fuel.Service.exe.
This program was failing to start properly and stopping intermittently on a daily basis. This was still the case after I did the revo. Apparently both Schneider and ATI use this.
So in my personal opinion, this is where I need the sage advice, stopped the process and disabled it. It shows in my task manager processes as stopped.
I probably did the wrong thing so any advice is needed!

Update:
Since multiple programs require Fuel.Service.exe I thought that I should restart and set back to automatic!!

I believe the question I may need to be asking is why is the Service failing?

Help!

Fuel.service.exe fails on every boot and often just for the heck of it. Trashed my Reliability History.....
Please HELP, I will get what ever information I can, just tell me.

Guess this could be my only option. I found out that the service was not necessary in my case and it was suggested that I just disable it, which I did. Have noticed no changes in operation and the service of course has not failed since. My reliability index is steadily rising.
