Full Screen Application Focus Issue

I'm having a problem with any game that I try to play full screen. When I start the game I have to click rapidly in order for the game to keep focus and not minimize. I have trouble being able to get the games to stay focused.

DirectX is up to date. NVIDIA drivers are up to date. All windows updates installed. Tried disabling Webroot SecureAnywhere.

Only thing I could think off is that your native resolution is not in sync with the games video resolution... you could check that in game and even on your desktop to compare.

Other than that, I am stumped because I have never ran into that problem myself... you can't see me but I am knocking on wood even while I type this with one hand
