The eagles fart will be half of the normal
The blue jays feather will only go 5 feet
Which means the rat turd will have to fall 2 1/2 bricks.

It's all semantics since the gram is the most commonly used metric unit of weight even though, technically, it represents mass. The difference in force exerted by gravity at different earth altitudes is small enough to be negligible for all practical purposes (the "fact" that I felt like I was getting heavier the higher I climbed up a hill or mountain was all in my mind due to fatigue; at my present age, climbing up a ladder to my roof is sufficient to double my weight).
