I actually had a legitamite reason of doing it though:
I am trying to build a server (my first time, and I just want to mess with it, for personal use...). I realized that my other motherboard failed (the CPU is dying) so I grabbed this one and plugged it in to see if it would work. It did, so I am installing WHS on it now, while removing the old mobo from the case.
Antman, as usual, I do not get you.

oh i wish i had pictures of my old P100/8MB cardboard box machine, from back in the day when i was too poor to buy a case (i was also sadly too poor to buy win95, and was stuck with 3.11, i recall).
it eventually died as i cracked the mobo trying to make it fit into an old car tyre...
i was devastated, and had to borrow loads of money to get an early celeron kit...
