fx 5500 graphics card 128 mb can any one tell me if this is able to run the aero effects in windows 7 profesional and any help finding the appropiate drivers needed many thanks

That card is almost the same as the one you asked about here,

and will use the exact same driver to work in Windows 7.

Yes, it supports Aero Glass. (DX9, shader model 2 or above, at least 12MB of video RAM).

The latest official drivers for it are:

ForceWare Release 95

(There are also X64 drivers.)

These are Vista drivers, but they ought to work fine under Win7.

The same version number is what you'd get through Windows Update.
