Gad netease pop ups in my browsers (FF, IE)

Hi, I'm in desperate need of help here.

I just switched on my laptop and this 'site' keeps popping up on my internet browser. Normally I use Firefox and i thought it was a firefox problem, so i uninstalled firefox and now it keeps popping up on internet explorer! It keeps coming out every 30 seconds and it's really annoying. I tried uninstalling firefox and nothing works. It just happened today and it was still working fine when i switched off my laptop yesterday!

If yes, just turn it off.
It seems that XunLei has some problem today..

I've reset firefox and internet explorer and clear all the caches & cookies and apparently the pop up no longer comes out anymore. Really thank you for your fast reply.
