Gadgets.. config for each gadget gets cut off at bottom

My gadgets all work fine, but I notice, when I want to configure one of them, the bottom half of the config window that pops out of the gadget gets cut off. I am attaching screen shot.. Fyi, my resolution is 1680 x 1050 and my dpi is set to medium..

Any help appreciated..

Is it every single gadget that you use does it, or just certain 3rd party ones?

I don't really have the solution, (other than to get into the code of the gadget and try and find and fix the problem) but its possible it's just a bug in the gadget itself, which the developer of the gadget needs to address, or that it just doesn't work properly in Windows 7.

I have one or two 3rd party gadgets that act differently on 7 then Vista, including freezing when opening the options tab. Might be worth trying to find a similar gadget and see how it reacts.

It is pretty much all gadgets.. At least all of the gadgets I am currently using.

Heh =P That doesn't really answer the question, check to see if your using any gadgets that come with windows 7 if they are cutoff then you have a problem otherwise any other gadgets that do that are most likely the publishers problem!

I have experienced a similar issue - not only in gadgets but also dialog boxes (the legacy color control becomes unusable) - when I set my font sizes too large in Customization. Not DPI scaling (that is scaling, after all), but in the panel shown below.

The text in the panel indicates the changes performed there do not apply when Aero is enabled. That is not entirely true. Some do. Like icon spacing, for example.
